First of all, thank you for your time and efforts.
I want to put a link to your translation from the Fast Explorer home page and make a mirror of your zip-file. Don't you mind?
A second issue, I didn't find any comprehensive description of Fast Explorer in Japanese I could put a link to. Can you translate the description of the Fast Explorer to Japanese and put it on your site, so I could make a link to?

P.S. google.com/language_tools works fine for reading Japanese text.
